Free shipping to Spain
Standard shipping is free in Spain. We prepare your order once payment is confirmed, and the estimated delivery time is 6 to 15 business days. Tracking your order
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information to check its status. If you need help with your delivery, write to us at sumarx.clien@gmail.com and include your order number.
Returns with clear instructions
You can communicate your decision to return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt. Write to us with your order number, and we will provide the address and steps for making the return. After notifying us, you have another 14 calendar days to send the item. Do not send it directly to the supplier or to the address on the package without our confirmation.
Costs and issues
The cost of return shipping for withdrawal is your responsibility. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, or one that does not match your order, contact us and include a description and, if possible, photographs; we will cover the necessary costs to resolve the issue.
Refunds
